Winnow44 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing all users' use of the winnow44 platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full suite of winnow44 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and current personal information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is valid. False or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any accumulated credit balance.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone. winnow44 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

3. Platform Usage Rules
Winnow44 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempts to exploit the platform's payment or gaming systems.
- Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation from winnow44.
- Distributing harmful or disruptive content, or content that infringes on the rights of others, through the platform.
- Conducting any money laundering or illicit financing activities through the winnow44 platform.
- Transferring credit balances between accounts without official approval from the platform administration.
Winnow44 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the winnow44 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and up to date before carrying out any financial transactions.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the deposit page within your account. winnow44 is not liable for delays caused by third-party processing systems or your bank.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. winnow44 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until identity verification is completed. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and the user's VIP tier.
Bonus & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by winnow44 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. Any attempt to abuse or exploit a promotional offer may result in bonus cancellation and action being taken against the relevant account.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Winnow44 Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winnow44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
The winnow44 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no express or implied warranties regarding its fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.
Account Suspension & Closure
Winnow44 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, bonus system abuse, multiple account registrations, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the support team. In cases of suspension due to a breach, winnow44 reserves the right to withhold or void any remaining credit balance in the account, subject to an internal investigation.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the winnow44 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of winnow44 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or otherwise use any such content without prior written consent from winnow44.

Governing Law

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. By using the winnow44 platform, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
